limited choices

I took a sick leave last week and I realized that "The Bold & The Beautiful" was still running. Brooke was still alive and still in love with Ridge (I think). She has a full grown daughter whose boyfriend she snagged and now has a child with. Of course her daughter hates her.

They were older and bulkier, but the plot hasn't changed. It's also really easy to follow the storyline even if you just watch a scene for five minutes flat. I have this nagging suspicion that if I watch it again a few months from now, it will feel like I never left.

So I flicked the TV and decided to watch Ellen dance instead.
