Valentine Story

My valentine story comes from ... TV.

This girl Heidi came into the L.A Ink shop and said she wanted a tattoo in her forearm to commemorate the vows she had for her husband (she just recently married). Story goes that they had met online, fell in love, and then met face to face at some point. 13 days after they met they get hitched. They were busy with the impromptu wedding that they wrote their vows 10 minutes before they actually had to say it. Hers was simple, but sweet and you so wish it would last for them. She had it tattooed in her arm:

"(I look forward to) Endless tuesday mornings going against the stream..."

Isn't that so true? It could be another day of the week for you, but when you're with someone you really want to be with, you just wish for something simple, like going through life and against the stream together.

So it was a bummer knowing that, that girl and her husband have since divorced. :( Long lasting love stories just don't last like they do in the past. But I guess for Heidi and her ex, it was great while it lasted.
